  • How much is due at booking?
    A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due 3 months prior to the start of your tour.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    To secure your booking a deposit of 25% is required. This will be non refundable once the tour is proceeding with the minimum of 4 people booked. ​ The 75% balance for your tour will be payable 3 months prior to your tour start date. ​ If you cancel your Tour after the final payment is made no refund is available (with the exception of border closures due to Covid or other events beyond our control then your tour will be rescheduled to a later date). Travel Insurance is highly recommended for our tour.
  • Can you provide travel insurance?
    No, unfortunately we cannot provide travel insurance as our guests are from all around the world with different requirements. However, we have had recommendations from our previous tour guests to use a credit card with travel insurance linked to it when paying the deposit. This means that you don't need to take out traditional travel insurance through an insurance company if making your booking early (as most people tend to do). You can then purchase travel insurance at the time of paying the balance 3 months prior to traveling.
  • What are the tour group sizes?
    Our general tours are limited to a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6 people to ensure a personalised and intimate experience. Private tours are a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 7 people.
  • How do we travel to your area?
    High speed trains (TGV) from Paris (Gare de Lyon), Lyon, Barcelona (Sants) and other centres are available to and from Narbonne where we can pick you up and drop you off before and after your tour. There are also several airports in our area including Carcassonne, Bèziers, Montpellier, Perpignan and Toulouse. Carcassonne is a standard pick up and drop off point and transfers from the other airports listed are available by prior arrangement.   • Can we book additional nights accommodation before and/or after the tour?
    It might be possible to add additional nights before and/or after your tour. Please check at the time of booking. If you are arriving in Europe within a day or so of the tour we recommend staying overnight at your arrival destination and then arranging transfers to Olonzac for the start of your tour.
  • Do you accommodate vegetarians/vegans/special diets?
    Yes, we can accommodate vegetarians, vegans, and most special dietary requirements. Please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
