On our standard small group tours there is a minimum of 4, maximum of 6 people per tour to ensure your comfort and personal attention. 

​

Included in the cost of your tour:

• Transfers as detailed below

• Accommodation at an award winning Bed & Breakfast

• Breakfast and lunch daily

• Dinner on three evenings (ie two free evening)

• All wine with group lunches and dinners

• All wine with the ‘tapas and wine tasting evening’

• All entrance fees

• Complimentary phone calls to your home country

• WiFi

• Laundry service

 

Not included in the cost of your tour:

• Air, bus or train fares prior to and following your tour

• Morning and afternoon tea (unless stated)

• Honesty bar items at your accommodation

• Wine, beer or spirits other than stated above

• Travel insurance – it is mandatory that you purchase travel insurance which covers travel cancellations and disruptions, medical and theft. Tour cancellation fees will apply.

Transfers

Our standard pick up points are from Narbonne train station, Carcassonne train station or Carcassonne airport after midday. Other pick up points or times can be by special arrangement made prior to the tour.

Luggage

Unfortunately, due to the restricted luggage space in our minivan, each person is limited to two suitcases, one carry on bag and a handbag/camera bag.  Luggage and personal effects are the responsibility of the traveller.

Please note we can also facilitate the shipping of boxes of wine.

Fitness Level

As there are cobblestones and steps to navigate during the tour a reasonable level of mobility is required.  Please contact us if you need clarification as the tour is relaxed and we want everyone to be able to enjoy it.

Children

Due to the nature of our tours they are restricted to people over 18 years of age (with the exception of a private tour).

Changes to schedule

Occasionally it may be necessary to alter the planned itinerary due to weather, traffic, strikes, restoration work and other factors out of our control. Every effort will be made to ensure disruptions are kept to a minimum. Where we are unable to reschedule we aim to substitute the activity for a similar event.
